Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy At NextGen Leaders Academy, class sizes are intentionally small to ensure personalized support and mentorship. Each enrollment reserves a seat specifically for your child. Booking Enrollment is confirmed when registration and payment (or the first payment) are received. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment or scholarship approval. Tuition secures your child’s place for the full 8-week session. Payments We offer full payment, monthly plans (every four weeks), or approved scholarships. Monthly payments are billed automatically every four weeks. A valid payment method must remain on file. Cancellations Before the program begins: • 7+ days notice: refund minus registration fee • Less than 7 days: credit toward a future session After the program begins: • Tuition is non-refundable • Missed classes are not credited • Monthly plans remain active for the full session Future billing may be stopped with 14 days' written notice. Workshops/camps: • 72+ hours notice: credit or transfer • Under 72 hours: non-refundable Attendance Tuition covers enrollment, not individual sessions. Make-ups are not guaranteed. Waitlist When programs are full, families may join the waitlist at no cost. Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are held for 10 minutes. Payment is required only once a seat is accepted. Scholarships Financial assistance and sponsored seats are available for qualifying families, including foster and shelter youth.
