At NextGen Leaders Academy, we don’t offer random classes, we design intentional youth leadership journeys.

Our courses are thoughtfully organized by age, developmental stage, and skill level, so every student builds confidence step by step, at the right pace, in the right environment.

How Our Programs Are Structured

🌱 Explorer Package: Follow our suggested order of classes, or select 1 class per week for 8 weeks

Foundations first.
Students build confidence, social skills, teamwork, and responsibility through fun, hands-on learning.

🚀 Pathfinder Package: Follow our suggested order of classes, or select 2 classes per week for 8 weeks

Skills grow stronger.
Students develop communication, independence, leadership habits, and practical life skills.

🌟 Trailblazer Package: Follow our suggested order of classes, or select 3 classes per week for 8 weeks

Real-world readiness.
Teens prepare for high school leadership, jobs, college, and life with career and employability skills.

🎓 Fellows  Cohort: Application process - New Cohort forms every 8 weeks - limited seats

Advanced leadership.
Mentorship, internships, and real-world impact for students ready to lead at the highest level.

Each program builds naturally into the next, creating a clear progression as your child grows.
