NextGen Leaders Academy

Welcome to NextGen Leaders Academy. By enrolling in our programs, registering for services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, positive, and high-quality experience for all students and families.

1. Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment in any program reserves a seat specifically for your child in a small-group learning environment.

Because class sizes are intentionally limited, enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may close once capacity is reached.

Submission of registration and payment confirms your agreement to these Terms.

2. Tuition & Payments

Payment Options

We offer:
• full semester payment
• monthly payment plans
• workshops/camp fees
• scholarships when available

Payment Terms

• Tuition is due before or at the start of each billing period
• Monthly plans are automatically billed
• A valid payment method must remain on file
• Tuition reserves your child’s seat, not individual class attendance

Late or Failed Payments

• 48-hour grace period provided
• unresolved balances may result in temporary suspension

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Before Program Start
Full refund minus any registration/processing fees.

After Program Start
Tuition is non-refundable due to limited seating and staffing commitments.

Cancellations
Written notice is required at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.

4. Attendance & Missed Classes

Consistent attendance supports student growth.
• No refunds for missed classes
• Make-up sessions are not guaranteed
• Tuition covers enrollment, not per-session attendance

5. Student Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
Students are expected to:
• treat others with kindness and respect
• follow instructor guidance
• participate appropriately
• avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior
NextGen Leaders Academy reserves the right to remove a student whose behavior compromises safety or learning. Refunds are not provided for dismissals due to conduct violations.

6. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians agree to:
• disclose relevant medical or behavioral needs
• keep students home when ill
• provide emergency contact information
In case of emergency, staff may seek appropriate medical care.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Participation in hands-on leadership activities may involve movement, teamwork exercises, and physical participation.
By enrolling, families acknowledge:
• participation is voluntary
• reasonable risks may exist
• NextGen Leaders Academy, staff, and partners are not liable for injuries or losses beyond reasonable control
Parents/guardians agree to release and hold harmless the organization from claims except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Media & Photo Release

We may photograph or record classes for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
By enrolling, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used unless written notice is provided requesting exclusion.

9. Scholarships & Sponsored Seats

Scholarship and sponsored placements are:
• subject to availability
• reviewed individually
• non-transferable
Eligibility does not guarantee placement.

10. Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to:
• adjust schedules
• modify instructors
• combine classes
• cancel programs with low enrollment
Families will be notified promptly of any changes.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:
• use content for lawful purposes only
• not copy or distribute materials without permission
• respect intellectual property
All materials remain property of NextGen Leaders Academy.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely for enrollment, communication, and program operations and is never sold to third parties.

13. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued enrollment or website use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
